    2. Services Provided

    Radio Iowa en Linea provides Spanish-language digital media, live radio streaming, and advertising packages for local businesses in Iowa. We reserve the right to modify programming or ad schedules at any time.

    3. User Conduct

    Listeners and advertisers must use the Site lawfully. Shout-outs and topic suggestions submitted via the app must not contain hate speech or unauthorized promotional content.

    4. Intellectual Property

    All broadcast content, logos, and digital media are the property of Radio Iowa en Linea.

    5. Advertising & Payments

    Ad packages are quote-based. Payments are non-refundable once the on-air or digital campaign has commenced.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Radio Iowa en Linea is not liable for indirect damages arising from stream interruptions or third-party app store availability.

    7. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
